Complaints Process - how to make a Child Protection complaint. 
All concerns and allegations related to making a child protection complaint concerning a priest or lay employee in the Diocese of Waterford and Lismore should be directed to the designated person - Very Rev. Paul Murphy.  Tel : 051-384192. 

 

You may also report concerns or allegations to the Gardai at the location Garda station in the area in which the abuse occurred.  You may find the telephone number of the relevant Garda station in your local telephone directory or find it online at Garda Stations. 

 

You may also report concerns or allegations to the Health Service Executive (HSE).  For further information call the HSE national free helpline numbers on callsave 1850 241 1850.
